Dick called back immediately after being notified by ServiceMagic and left a very nice message.  As he was the first to call, I called him back first.  He was out of town on vacation but handled the order quickly, efficiently, and was very pleasant to work with.  The container was delivered by his helper/driver, Vince, who was very nice and courteous as well.  The container was a walk-in container, which made loading/packing it easier. Dick allowed me to keep the container as long as I needed it without hassle or hidden charges. Dick offers a very friendly, efficient hauling service.  This has been a difficult project for me (cleaning out parents' residence subsequent to their death), and working with Dick's Hauling made it a little easier because of the way they do business.  I highly recommend this company.
