they were great. My only complaint is they didn't tell if there was a service charge or some such before they came out. The man who showed up was polite and kind and efficient. He even was kind to my twins who kept watching him work.

The technician from Diamond was both friendly and professional in repairing our dishwasher. He was detailed and honest in his work and billing charges. We will definitely use Diamond again for any appliance repair needs.

A little pricey but they came out the same day I called and worked until 8:30 when the repair was complete. He did scratch my countertop, which I did not notice untill the next day but it wasn't to bad.

Wish I could make this TEN stars! Rapid Response, capable technician, reasonable chages (had an evaporator motor replace in a 10 year old side by side). Could not ask for more on a Sunday! or any day THANK YOU DIAMOND! Good job!
