They did not install a plenum as stated in the original contract. I called the manager in Muncie (Wilson).  When I called him about why they were not going to install it properly he said he wasn't making enough money on the job to put th plenum in. When I asked him if he was adjusting the price of the job, he said he was not. Wilson was rude and inconsiderate. He was more concerned about making a penny than providing customer service. I then called the Indianaplis office and spoke with a manager named Dewayne. He said he would send a tech out the week of the 16th but still has not. Rating: Provided By: mark s.
