Project: Install Sod
I was initially satisfied with job and even gave $40 in tips to workers. However, I requested minor repair to sod and additional work to be done. Tom, the owner, ignored numerous calls and broke promises on 3 occasions to do the additional work. I escalated issue to Service Magic-still no contact from contractor. If you want good customer service and a responsive contractor do not use this outfit. If you need more info feel free to call me at 610-865-1561.
