The project was a breeze - I was able to easily schedule a time around a family vacation. Everything was done promptly and cleaned up at projects end. I would highly recommend there services.

We are very happy with the job Ken and his assistant did refinishing our floors. They were quick, clean, and very courteous. Price was very reasonable. Quote was about 1/3 that of another flooring company.

Ken and is worker Mike not only did a fantastic job, they also took care with the property in general. I also feel it was a very good value for the amount of work that was involved. The only thing that I would like to mention is that the amount of time needed to complete the job was not correct. Ken said that the job would be done in a week. However, that turned out not to be true. It actually took two weeks. This was really not an issue for me but might be for a tight schedual project. The thing that was nice and professional was that Ken at least kept me informed to the delays.

Ken did a terrific job on a douglas fir floor in my Sudbury home. It really make the room. He was very responsive and delivered against the estimate. I would highly recommend Designer Hardwoods an Ken was a pleasure to work with.

"The project on our worn, water stained harwood floor was outstanding. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but the degree of professionalism was outstanding. The final result exceeded our expectations and the pricing was more than fair and reasonable. Exceptional company we would recommend to anyone looking for a great job!"

They did a terrific job re-finishing our oak floors and they did it on my tight schedule as I was trying to update my house in a three week period for an up coming open house.
