Very Professional, answered my call right away, was sort of an emergency and he fit us in. Very reasonable price for an Central AC Motor etc. Would definitely use again.

Edwin was prompt, courteous,and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and resolved our problem quickly. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the visit. Definitely would use them again!

As a first time home buyer investing in this market, you can't imagine the anxiety and nerves. We chose Ed and Design Temp not only because of his knowledge and experience but also his availablity and customer service. He answered all our questions, put us at ease and had respect for us and our home. For these reasons and the fact that his quoted price was the price we paid (very reasonable too!) we would recommend Design Temp highly.

It was a pleasure doing business with Design Temp. Their prices were very competitive. The owner was open, honest and delivered on everything that was promised. Also pointed out rebates and helped with completion of paperwork. Work was very clean and professionally done. - I wish everything were that easy. I would highly recommend their services.

Design Temp changed the heating system in our house. We highly recommend them for any job you need for heating & air conditioning. The estimate was accurate, informative and there was no pressure to sign. The service was fast, efficient and well done. Their employees are experienced and acted in a professional manner. They arrived as scheduled and completed the work on time. The pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees. They followed up several times after completion to make sure everything was working properly. They provided excellent service in every aspect of the job. This is a company you can hire with confidence.

Mr. Castrillon presented as highly knowledgeable and willing to take his time to answer all of our questions. He gave us sound advice and did not put pressure on us in order to get our business. What won us over was the way he answered all of our questions, the level of expertise he demonstrated when he explained the differences between the different products, the promptness with which he addressed our need to have the work done and the efficiency withi which he completed the work. We have already given his name to our friends and one of our friends has already stated that she is calling Design Temp to get her new furnace!
