Project: Remodel a Basement
I had no real design in mind for a large basement renovations. They walked us through each step and made outstanding recommendations based on the value and their experience. The workmanship was second to none. I have been enjoying my basement renovation for 4 months and have not experienced a single problem. Design Build Group were true professionals!

Project: Build an Addition
We purchased a foreclosed home that needed a lot of work. We interviewed several companies, but Joe Zdrojewski (with DBG,Inc.) was the only one who brought new ideas to our plans for an additions & could meet out tight budget. We originally planned to use a friend whose a general contractor, but it took him 3 months to get us a quote & we knew it could take 6 months to be done plus the headache of us managing subcontractors. Once we contracted with Joe we were amazed how quickly the addition went up, it took less th 2 weeks for the structure to be built! We are already planning our next renovation project & Joe will be our project manager!

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
They were great to start with, full of lots of promises and at first they were meeting them. Then I was pushed to rate them before the job was finished with the promise of possibily winning a gift card, but I decided to wait. They abandoned the job, leaving a mess including food left in my recycle bin and took things they were supposed to leave like my oil tank which I could have sold. The job done was shoddy at best, I already have warping in the walls area they fixed and the newly installed water heater leaks. For the past month I've tried to contact them to resolve issues, but no response. The subcontractors were good though, so I gave a 1

David Butler, the technician who performed the work, was punctual, pleasant, and extremely efficient. The work he did is beautiful, and he left the area looking better than it did before arriving. He would definitely hire him again. Thank you.

The quality of work was top notch. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the time and precision they dedicated to our project. They made sure that all potential future problems were addressed and repaired, they also assisted with other problems that came up during the project. I will be using Design Build Group, Inc. for my next home repair and remodeling project.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
I met the Design Build Group through Service Magic, Inc. From the beginning, everybody was patient, understanding about my project, and on-point with what I needed to get done. My front porch was destroyed as a result of an accident and had been that way for over seven months. I was very nervous and skeptical about working with any contractor because of past experiences. Fortunately, my beginning consultation was positive and informative and they listened to me about what I wanted to get done. They even shared a DVD of their previous projects which included the before and after stages. Then, they explained what they recommended and together, with my ideas, they incorporated a project that I am so pleased with. Design Build Group built a spacious, modern, screened-in front porch and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you Design Build Group for all your help in getting a long, awaited job done.
