Hired Mark to do the AC Checkup (1st one ever done), and I was disappointed. DesignAir instead performed an inspection, and changed an extra $20 for washing the compressor out with a water hose only. DesignAir also tried to up-sell my wife on a brand new AC when none was needed. Marc ended up coming out after hours to try and resolve any outstanding issues. He informed me nothing was wrong with the service earlier, and instead refused to refund any money (I asked three times). I will not be using his services again. Update: Hired another pro and he refilled 1 lb of freon, and the house is cool again.

I was asked to perform maintenance on their home a/c.He mentioned it hadn't been done since he moved in 6 years ago.My technician performed maintenance on his system,flushed the clogged drain lines,washed the dirty condenser coil outside,tested the operation,and analyzed the entire system.A detailed report was given with recommendations.I gave Andrew the price before we went out and he agreed.Afterward, Andrew stated we advertised an inspection for $49, I agreed that we did have an inspection for that price but we performed maintenance on his system which is $69.I personally went to speak with him, but my best efforts did not avail.

The guys were great! Even though it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, they stayed until the job was complete. Very friendly and did a great job!

I was pleased with the price and the service, Mark made us aware of everything he was doing. He did a good job, and informed us of some things that we need to do at a latter date. We will call Mark to return and do this work within the next few weeks.

Everything went well exept they haven't come back to finish the damaged area they fixed and haven't responded to my last e-mail.

Very professional and friendly crew. Mark was very helpful doing his estimate, took photos of problems and explained all aspects of the work. Offered us choices in various price ranges. I felt very comfortable with the entire process.
