Dan was great. He was very flexible in rescheduling after our closing date got moved back. The house was a foreclosure so the floors were very dirty. And he did an amazing job at a very competitive price. We will definitely use him again and would recommend to our friends.

Dan was very efficient, friendly and knowlegeable. He did a great job and worked reallyh= hard to attain a beautiful clean floor. He cleaned and colorsealed the grout.
