John contacted me immediately and we made arrangements for him to come out and give an estmate. We agreed and work began within just acouple of days. He was very honest about the possible quality of results. After 3 days of what turned out to be hard work my pool is again working and sparkling. He and Eric also took time to advise me of continued care and preventative measures I could do on my own. A VERY professional and good experience.

So far so good. Called very quickly after request submitted. Has shown up and done a good job so far. Still too early to tell if they are reliable since most pool companies start out good.
