Doug called me about 1 minute after I posted my request on Service Magic. He came to my house within about 3 hours the same day to look at an issue I had with the pool. I plan on using him again for my next pool problem. I can't say the same of the previous two guys I tried (who I did not find through Service Magic). Service Magic rules!

Doug was really nice and was able to install a new salt cell for me. He was on time and was really knowledgeable about pools. I am going to definitely use his pool service again and recommend him to others.

We are from out of town and purchased a bank owned home with a pool in Arizona. We needed some pool repair done quickly and over a holiday weekend. Doug went out of his way to make sure our pool was ready for us when we arrived in AZ. We also have Desert Gator Pool servicing our pool on a weekly basis. I would definitely recommend Desert Gator Pool service.

Desert Gator Pool Service helped to make our pool look sparkling clean. Being first-time pool owners, they also provided us with a tutorial on maintaining our pool in the future. We were provided with prompt service and are pleased with the results.

They installed a pool rail to an existing deck around my pool. They were prompt, professional, and did a good job installing this rail at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service to other pool owners.
