Mr. Haines came out to fix an electrical problem that had to do with an outlet which serviced my refrigerator in my kitchen. He completed the job in a timely manner with a suitable price. However 3 weeks later I experienced the same problem. When I called back to report the problem he left a message with a few suggestions as to what might be causing it. He also never followed up. I have since had it repaired and was told that the breaker was bad which is what he claimed was the problem in the first place.

He was very kind. He also explain what he needed 2 do and why. He only did what needed 2 b done. I will hire him 2 do the rest of my elec. work that needs 2 b done. I have already told my sister 2 call him 4 her elec work.
