Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
I selected Royal Contracting because during the interviews with contractors they seemed to have the best understanding of construction principles and ideas for addressing the anomalies of a kitchen and bath remodel project in an older building. They were not the lowest bidder but I thought they had a commitment to craftsmanship and quality It is now a little more than 6 months after the project completed. I have called in another plumber to repair a leak in the installation of the kitchen faucet. The pull-out drawer for the kitchen wastebasket needed to be reinstalled. And the overflow drain in the bathtub leaks.

we provide a warranty of all labour and part supplied by our company, so should there be an issuse with our workmanship we will repair at our own cost.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Royal Contracting did 2 projects for me; kitchen cabinet rework and installing an entry way door and window. Dermot is extremely reliable, he calls when he says he will and delivers exactly as promised. His estimates were fair and without any surprises. I appreciate the fact that he does listen to the customer and offers suggestions, but doesn't try to 'sell' things you don't need or want done. He and his crew were very professional and focused every step of the way. Royal does excellent quality work and it really shows in the final product. Several neighbors commented on the workmanship. I highly recommend and would hire Royal again!

Royal Contracting did a complete renovation of our kitchen and installed a new entry and new side door. Dermot did a great job from beginning to end. He made a number of practical recommendations that worked very well and was wiliing to discuss every aspect of the work as much as needed. We were very pleased with the process and are very pleased with the final product.

My bathroom remodel looks super! Dermot and his team were outstanding - courteous, professional, talented, and respectful of the rest of my home. The attention to detail for every facet of the project was exceptional. They came when they said they would and worked late if they needed to finish a segment of the project - and they cleaned up at the end of each day! The suggestions Dermot made improved the final look of my room tremendously. They completed the project on schedule and on budget. I highly recommend Royal Contracting - they will do it right and you will not be disappointed!!!!
