Derek was prompt in getting to my home and clearing my garbage disposal. I mentioned it was my birthday and he gave me an discount . . . personable, professional ! he also looked at a broken gasket in my batheroom sink and gave info on how to fix it myself and the name of a plumbling store to get my replacement parts from for the project!
