Derek is an awesome individual. We have used Derek several times since his inital introduction to us in May of 2010. Derek has always done the work efficently, effectively, and is very reasonable when it comes to his estimates. Derek's estimate has never been more than the actual price, and at least once the work was less than he had estimated. Derek is very honest as well and will tell you if he needs to do something additional or if he finds something done and does not need to do it. My wife and I highly recommend Derek and he has become a family friend (we send him Christmas cards) over his greatattitude and workmanship!

This is a 110-year old home, checked out everything, looked at specific problem and was able to take care of it. Then he trouble shot another job. Absolutely straight up. So good I'm going to use him for more jobs.

Mr Mahoney was flexible and responsive to the need of shifting scheduling. He showed up on time, explained what he would do and proceeded to do his work efficiently. His approachable manner and excellent disposition added to the positive experience. I would hire him again anytime.
