The repairman came, checked out my refrigerator and told me that is was not economically feasible to repair it and stated that I had gotten a good 20+ years from an appliance & that it was time to replace it. He was nice, professional and quick.

The serviceman was late but not his fault - previous job was on the NW side of town. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I thought he was honest. Our refrigerator is working fine once again.
