The contractor was very personable, knowledgable and cost efficient.  He provided me with options on two small challenges and completed them to my great satisfaction.  He is reasonably priced and I felt comfortable having him in my home.  I will recommend Dependable Home Maintenance to all of my friends and acquaintances.

I called him for an egress window and Tim didn't do those but called to suggest others who did. I asked him to estimate replacing a window with a door and hired him for that.  He thought out the process and potential problems, did careful and good work.  I thought the price was reasonable and in spite of adding a couple things the final cost was close to the estimate. The door looks great!  He was professional and friendly, and gave me suggestions for doing other work myself.  I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to my friends.
