I highly recommend dependabel air maintenance. Before I contacted the dependable air maintenance, I had on contractor come in to give an estimate. We were told that the low voltage wire need to be changed and it would cost a couple hours of labor plus drilling a hole somewhere. I contacted the dependable air maintenance. They came in and fixed the problem in 5 min. He just adjusted the screw and the A/C works now. In the past, I also found an excellent plumber with servicemagic. In my experience, when the servicemagice recommand more than one pros, go with one with good rating available on the website.

I was very impressed with the contractor ServiceMagic chose for me. The contractor contacted me within a few hours of me placing my request. They were able to accomodate my schedule, fix the problem with my air conditioner, and charge me a very reasonable rate to do so.
