Very positive experience, showed high degree of professionalism, took the time to replace my Hot Water Heater with no mess and was in and out in about an hour.., local contractor that i am glad to support.., have added DENNY to my 'call back' list should the time arise and no need for any additional Service Magic suggestions.

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
On a Saturday morning we had no hot water. I had decided some time ago that I wanted a Tankless Water Heater. After reviewing Servicemagic I selected Denny Plumbing based on the reviews that I read. When I told Denis what I wanted, he told me that an all electric tankless heater would most likely not meet my needs. He suggested that I simply replace the existing heater. I asked for a price and he told me that I could save some money by getting the heater myself. For a flat rate he brought and exchanged the heaters and hauled off the old unit. I got what I needed at a fair price.
