They provided good service and answered all my questions / concerns. More importantly, they did not try to "sell" me services or swindle me into unnecessary repairs. They also provided a (basic) hand written report at the end of the appointment, stating what was done and reccomendations to improve the efficiency of my heating system. They fell shy of a 5 star rating, because they did not go over and beyond in addressing my concerns; they were direct and to the point, and I felt I had to "fish" for some answers.  See All Ratings
