On time, professional and worked hard throughout the 3 1/2 hours it took to get the house in shape. Family members are opting for additional service, which has been scheduled. Thank you for this great resource in my family's community.

They were clearly time-pressed and time-challenged. I was given a quote for a price that was half of what I ended up paying them. So it was misleading. I was very disappointed. They had to be cleaned after.

This Rating showed up 6 months after the cleaning took place, and the customer had moved before the 9/3/11 date that is posted. I spoke to the customer, and everything was fine. She thanked us for performing the cleaning on such short notice at the time we cleaned and was pleased.

I was very pleased with services received.

I had a horrible experience. I asked for a thorough 1 time cleaning as I was moving into a new house and it was very dirty. I came home that night and looked at the detailed list that I had left the cleaners, most of it was checked off. As I looked through their work, I was shocked. You couldn't tell any difference from when I left the house that morning, it looked as if nothing was even touched. There was still food from the previous owner in the cabinents and in the pantry...(peanuts on the floor). The ceiling fans that they said they cleaned were still covered in dust...It was a huge waste of money. Jeff did nothing to fix it.

When we left the job, husband did a thorough check of cleaning and was very pleased. Wife called that evening saying we missed a couple of minor items. Set up another cleaning the next morning to fix wife's issues. I personally went to the house with my best cleaner the next morning and cleaned for an additional 3 hrs. (6 hrs. total) at no charge. In my opinion, after thoroughly inspecting all work, the house looked very clean. Tried to contact home owner many times after the second day of cleaning but had no success. Over a month later, the customer sent the above, I simply do not understand and I can not explain why she did this.

My experience with Deluxe Home Cleaning was very good. Sandy worked very hard and handled some less than pleasant tasks preparing my new home for moving in. I even had her come back a second time to do additional items. I would definitely have her come back for large projects or for routine maintenance!

Not all the items I requested cleaned were done but I understand that she only had 4 hours to complete a pretty large job. Overall I feel the work was done adequately.
