They gave us a good price & the quality of work was OK, but in return we had to put up with a lack of professionalism. The workers were polite, but almost never arrived on time. Often they were only here for about 3-4 hours per day. Often the workers did not have a ladder, or other tools needed for their work, and would borrow ours. They told us the kitchen would be out for about 2 weeks, and our kitchen was out for over 2 months. With proper planning by the general contractor, & full (6-8 hour) work days, the job would probably have taken only 3 weeks. They also asked for final payment before all work was complete.
