Dell came on time and reset the CPU on my jacuzzi -- and let me see how I could do it myself next time. He also recommended a new lid, and measured it so I could order one. Good job. It took several days of calls to complete the job from my first call into them. If they could have come the day I had called -- or scheduled an appointment right then, it would have been better.
