City: Teaneck Project: Hot Tub or Spa - Install or Replace I purchased a hot tub from this company and had some problems when they delivered my hot tub.  I purchased a brand new unit and they delivered a display model that was beaten up and ugly… Read Complete Rating I purchased a hot tub from this company and had some problems when they delivered my hot tub.  I purchased a brand new unit and they delivered a display model that was beaten up and ugly for the purchase price of $7,000,000.  I'm very dissappointed because there were many inconsistencies when I talked to the salesman and owner.  I experienced bad customer service.  In light of all of this I cancelled my purchase.  I'm currently waiting for reimbursement.
