	Rating: Project: Trees - Trim or Remove Harry and his son must have a lot of business as they came out to attempt to take the tree down but encountered problems with electrical wires. That night the power went out and PECO came out to fix the lines. PECO added additional braces to the lines and what looks like sleeves to parts of the top line.
