Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
My job involved repair to a 30 year old waterproofing job that had been compromised in places by a blocked gutter leader that emptied into a storm sewer. Tim Ryan, DVBW's owner, outlined very clearly alternative methods and costs for dealing with the issue. I chose to replicate the original system of hydraulic cement and s-mortar. The work was done promptly and very well. They also replaced a fireplace cleanout door that had rusted out years ago. Highly recommended.

Project: Repair a Poured Concrete Wall
Tim were very professional and quick to respond to my basement wall crack issues. Tim was very helpful in explaining what repair would be best in returning my basement wall back to normal condition.. He gave a very detail description on how they were going to repair the lengthly crack damage to the basement wall. They completed the job and cleaned up in a timely fashion. They did a great job. I would recommend their service to a friend and will use them in the future.

Project: Waterproof Inspection / Certification Service
Tim Ryan was no pressure sales, great explanation on install of system and how it will work AND why the old system didn't work. Warranttee is great, transferable to next owner. Tim was on the job the day work was done. The crew, on time, efficient, neat and cleaned up as much as possible before leaving. The job was complete in one day. Follow up has been great. Answered all my questions. System has worked fine through all this rain. Before installing system I was vacuuming gallons of water as it came in from ground water, now it drains into the well area then pumped out. Can now rest and or sleep while it rains.

Project: Foundation or Basement - Waterproofing
He clean up, did fast work, fixed the problem. The work was perfect, all work was excellent. He was not the cheapest or highest, best over all work, great customer service.
