Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
We were very dissatisfied with the service. The major items were ok, although the detailed areas were very weak. Corners of floors, the main stairs, shower in master bath, and shelves with nick -nacks barely touched. We would expect that Del Rose would do extra on their first visit to our home in expectation of future work. Not the case. Poor attempt at best.

I used Del Rose cleaning service about 4 times. I did not like their service at all. They damaged my front door the last time., nicked my walls and did a very poor job in cleaning. They used a rag mop that smelled like Dodo & it didn't even cleaned the flours. Rose is a poor name for the service. They might be okay for commercial cleaning but not for houses. I tried to give them a chance, but they just didn't work out.

They weere on time, cleaned a filthy, smelly basement in an old house we just bought, it's like new now.
