Workers showed up on time the first day. The second day they didn't show up. The contractor called me late morning on that day to let me know they weren't coming. I was not informed on how to use the sprinkler system. They left the instructions inside the box and didn't tell me where they were.

Terrie wrote this comment a bit pre-maturely. In fact, we finished the job the day after this comment, before a walk-through. On that day we went over the sprinkler system details and surprised her with an automatic timer control unit which, needless to say made her life a lot easier and it was not on our scope of work. Terrie is a happy customer and I'm sure she'll say this herself to anyone who desires to inquire. We have demo and install crews, but they don't always work together. We had a rain that week, so why we couldn't be there rightaway. However, it was debriefed before work commencement. Thank you Terrie!

Our patio project was contracted to be completed by June 16. It is now one month late and we are told it will be another three weeks before they can get the cover material, plus installition and painting.

We order the roof material and it was backed order. Nothing that we could have done to change that. Our work is immaculate and we have received an unfair rating. In fact we pulled some strings and lots of money to get the material sooner to make customer happy...yet here we are! I wish I could rate my customer too.

Overall had a very positive experience. The contractors were very knowledgeable and willing to explain every detail. Gave frequent updates regarding the progress of the project. Worked well despite the holiday season and unusually heavy rain. Very satisfied with the outcome and have received many compliments at our son's first birthday party which was mainly held in the backyard where the pavers were installed as well as retaining wall. Would definitely consider using their services again and recommend to our friends. Thank You Diego, Eliel, & Eli.
