Matt Pusateri and Pro Painting were very good.  We had a few minor glitches (not enough people a couple of days) but overall we are well pleased.  More attention could be paid to being tidier (some items needed to be gone over again) and some trash was left behind, also the paint estimation was way over what was needed - next time I would let them buy the paint, but I would recommend them - they were personable and did a good job.  There were 5 rooms to be painted with 3 different colors plus trim and our walls were not absolutely ready to be painted but they managed in spite of that.  I am pleased to show off our new look.

The operation was professional from the bid process to clean-up.  With the exception of some minor dripping on tile and fixtures, the crew worked efficiently and was professional and courteous at all times.  I would recommend this company to friends and family.

The workers were mostly sub-contract, not direct hired. The work went very slow and the resulting paint coverage had numerous runs and missed areas, even in areas that called for two coats. The prepraratory work was incomplete (some windows were never taped and covered), and I had to call the contractor about the poor nail hole caulking. In the end, I found myself holding a halogen flood light so they could finish in the dark. Then as they left, the workers mistakenly took two ladders and an extension cord belonging to another contractor. These were never returned, even after numerous phone call requests. I will have to go over the entire house and fix the paint job myself.
