There are so many issues there probably isn't enough room to type it all. NUMEROUS problems with the install, follow-up. They are still trying to get it right. TOTAL lack of communication within this company.

I asked them for the contract even before they put the unit in I never got it. It is has been 3-4 weeks later and still have gotten the contract or a receipt.

Overall, they did a good job but did not clean up after themselves. They left debris and the fence around the A/C unit was left on the ground.

Very easy to work with. I had to keep changing the appt time because of contractors working in my house, but Deer Valley was very accomdating. The tech explained everything in a way I could understand.
