When they cleaned counters everything was just thrown back onto the counter and not put back neatly.  They did not move things when mopping the bathroom floor and did not do behind the toilet.  The bedroom had empty cups on the nightstand that were not even cleaned off and the night stand remained dusty.  They did not make the apartment "appear" clean by rearranging items and making everything look neat.  I will never use them again.  See All Ratings
