In 2005, Carol Grote started her Decor & You business to serve Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Marietta. With a passion for beautifully, decorated homes and a love for working with people, Carol has turned a desire for interior decorating into an enjoyable profession. Carol would love to help you "Love the Space You're In." Karen Powell and Josie Cicerale initially founded Decor & More, Inc. in 1994 as an interior decorating business made up of home-based independent decorators. After perfecting their Decor Plan systems and unique training programs, they began to structure their business in light of new economic trends and the nature of the changing workforce in the industry. They concluded that their system would be best implemented by a network of franchisees who, as full-time entrepreneurs, would be committed to growing and developing their individual decorating businesses to their fullest potential. Thus, in January 1998, Karen & Josie launched the Decor & You® Inc. Franchise Program, representing the culmination of over 40 years of combined experience in the decorating field.
