She was very unprepared for the presentation that she promised. I was told that there would be three presentations and one was presented. The sample fabrics were small and I was unable to judge the final appearance. I felt that she did not listen to what I wanted and simply presented a mindless curtain arrangement. She seemed unfamiliar with her computer program and how to use it. An arrangement for the fireplace surround was not professionally creative. I can place candles myself. Especially for the price charged. I feel that I lost $460 dollars and recieved NOTHING! When I cancelled then she came up with some new designs! No thank you!

My perception of this situation is very different.I had no idea this client was so unhappy,and am very suprised by the comment,especially since she purchased the draperies I presented and then cancelled the next day .I take great pride in my work, my listening skills and service. I have made many attempts to satisfy this client prior to this rating, but the client has not returned calls or e-mail.
