John Sotolongo is very easy to work with. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. The cost of the project was very reasonable and project was completed within the time frame he committed to.

These guys are absolutely the greatest. From the start of the project to the end (and some follow up finishing touches) they were on time, dependable, professional and built me an absolutely beautiful and robust deck. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends.

John sent Richy out and he has done a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. Our new Kool Deck looks super and Richy checked with me during all phases of the project to ensure he could address any issues before they came up.

John is without a doubt the best contractor I have worked with. He does what he says and always shows up on time. His experience really showed through in the deck work I had done. He is open to changing the scope of the project and new ideas. Both he and his crew we top notch and wihout a doubt I would use his sevices again.

Provided exceptional quality workmanship at a reasonable price, with special attention to detail. Excellent communication of work details so expections were clear. Our deck was thoroughly cleaned and repaired (rotton board replaced), sanded where rough, and stained/sealed with 2 coats. Our double front doors were also sanded thoughly and stained/sealed (3 coats). They also realigned it to close/lock better. ... Thay also pressure washed our long driveway to look like new.
