Ken was great.....He got rid of some really stubborn pet stains in my den and the carpet looked new when he finished. I will never get my carpets cleaned by any other method again!

Very prompt response to initial inquiry for estimate. Ken Reddick provided high level overview of his process and products used. He maintained constant communication leading up to the scheduled service. Overall, very pleased with his work and especially his personal customer service.

Ken responded very quickly to my inquiry with his estimate to power wash & stain my very large deck... even gave me a discount on his original quote. He's conscientious on doing what's "right... even sanded where needed and applied the stain with a paint brush. I'm very pleased with his work.
