Went beyond the contract to do the job right. Would have been a 5 star rating if attention to detail and cleanup was better.

I couldn't be happier with Frank and all the people at DeckPro. By far the best price, they went the extra mile in design and execution. Also, the people they have working were a joy to have around the house. I can't see why anyone would use another service.

Construction only took two days. The crew was friendly and answered questions before I asked. The deck looks better than the house. They left the site very clean.

Very pleasant to work with. Everyone who has seen our new entrance (deck and stairs) has commented on how nice they look and how solid they feel - including another professional builder.

Substituted cheaper materials - knotty cedar instead of artificial wood. While they did a great job on the basic deck, they did a shoddy job installing trim. Final look is not when I specified or wanted. I will have to remove all the trim and replace. Also, when I complained about the trim, the company owner said he already wasn't making money on the project and would not fix it.

made promises he did'nt keep! Took 2 months to make repairs to work. Worker was rude & disrespectful. Owner finally lived up to promises after numerous calls!

DeckPro never makes promises we don’t keep. We finished this project in 4 days and then spent the next 2 months responding to complaints that her Pressure Treated Pine decking boards were shrinking. DeckPro only uses premium, hand selected decking. All P.T. Pine decking shrinks. She was told this at the point of sale but wanted to save money. The 5th trip out our supervisor told her that none of her decking boards were defective. This wasn’t rude or disrespectful. It was the truth. We replaced the wood anyway. When we inspected the decking he replaced, we confirmed that the wood was not defective. It was P.T. Pine behaving like P.T. Pin

We had an initial misunderstanding about the project. But Terry at Deck Pro committed to making it right. The brought the project in ON TIME and ON BUDGET. Would definitely recommend! Thanks, guys.

Start to finish, great guys to work with and the finished deck looks fantastic.Showed up on time, had a couple of weather delays, but they still completed early.
