Project: Repair a Tankless Water Heater System
The tankless issue was resolved with the highest level of professionalism and quality. The charges were very fair. There was a general issue we used Dean's for this week, however, on the main line for the house. The technician was very confused, ill prepared, and not fully informative. The work also was not guaranteed, the solution did not last 24 hours, and Dean's kept wanting to assess more charges. I will never use them again.

It took 3 visits to fix a shower faucet that would not completely turn off. On the 1st visit the leak was stopped for about 4 hours. On the second visit, it never stopped leaking and the on/off knob was 25% to the right of vertical when turned off. On the third visit the technician stopped the leak, cleaned and dried the area to ensure it was not leaking.

Good workmanship, a little high on the price. I negotiated down to $200 for a faucet install. They wanted around ~ $240 initially.
