Dean's quote was the most competitive. The finished job done was beyond acceptable. Dean and his crew was courteous, performed the work quickly (there was quite a bit of clean-up before grading and laying sod). Sheduling was difficult from my end but he worked with me. Refreshing to see a service provider that delivers so well.

the job is not started yet, so i cannot answer your question on QUALITY. but your questionnaire requires it. DEAN came over to "see" the job. he came on a sunday morning. his quote was cheaper, not drastically, but acceptable. he explained everything to me, unlike the other one.

AFTER I VIEWED HIM ONLINE, HE CALLED US. HE CAME THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE WE ACCEPTED, BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON THE SAME WEEK, THE SOD WAS COMPLETELY INSTALLED.

Emailed for a quote and within 5 minutes was called, appointment set and work was done just 4 days later. Excellent value for money and he turned a jungle into a yard. Definitely give Dean a call.
