The floor men are very fixable and worked very hard to fit every request from customer. Over all, they did good job on my hardwood floor install. We are very appreciated all the effort they had made to get job done nicely.

Craig and his staff were great. He took the time to meet us and answer our questions. He showed us good quality carpets that were within our budget. The install and contact went very well and we will be happy to go back to them again. They have a wide selection of various materials for all rooms. We were impressed what they had to offer in what appears (at first) to be a small space but it opens up to lots of options.

Dealers Carpet delivered a competitive price with prompt delivery and installation. The installer was prompt, professional and completed the job within the commitment window. The only item of note was that we should have been advised to have covering for our furniture to keep free from the dust.

We worked with Craig to pull up existing carpet &replace with hardwood floors. Craig made time outside of his normal hours to meet with us. He explained our options and was very knowledgeable about the products he carried and gave good suggestions for how to move forward. He also worked within our quick deadline. If you work with Craig, I recommend you stay on top of things with calls of your own to the shop. He's a good guy, but I think some things could have slipped though the cracks if I didn't follow up personally. Eric and the guys he sent for the install were great! They worked very fast and did an AMAZING job! We're so pleased!
