Brett was very responsive to my calls and emails as well a very professional in his approach. Steve did a good pain job in the interior and exteriors, was very clean and organized and communicated his schedule well. The job was completed and am very pleased with the results.

i visited with 4 contractors and selected demartini/arnott painting co based on their customer service, interest in the job, friendliness and price. their crew was professional, on time, friendly and excellent in the work they performed. they had a winter special which saved me a considerable amount of $$. Rich DeMartini (owner) followed up on the job to my satisfaction and was very personable in his presentation as well as his professionalism, i would highly recommend this company for their workmanship, price and customer service, i'm extremely please with all aspects of their work.

Rich and his crew did an amazing job on painting our house! I would highly recommend him to my friends. My fiance and I just got engaged and needed to get his house painted before I moved in. After I submitted my Service Magic Request, Rich called me right away to make an appt. He stopped by on-time and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was very knowledgable about what to do with our old Victorian house. You can tell he has years of experience. He patiently responded to my many questions on the painting process (I am an engineer). Rich also worked with us step-by-step to choose our colors. He probably saved our engagement! :)

First rate quality service. Good crew. Started on time and worked through to the end of the day. Great communication and assistance from De Martini himself and his site crew manager Enrico. Good teamwork. Any changes or adjustments dealt with quickly and efficiently. Full scraping, lead abatement to primer and finished paint job with gilded accents completed in about 10 work days. Beautiful job. A San Francisco Victorian doll house star of the block and photographed by tourists and passersby.

Rich was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who knows what they want and wants it done well, but done quickly. I'm sure they can walk you thru the process if that is what you want, but we were specific about what we wanted, and Rich delivered. The quality was great and they stand behind the quality of their work.
