Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Jose and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Jose is professional, attentive, and responsive and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I must admit that I am very meticulous and a critic when it comes to work being done in my home. He was involved in every minor and major decision and completed this project on time. The kitchen is truly beautiful and highly functional. Everyone on the De La Rosa Construction, LLC team was kind, respectful, skilled and knowledgeable. Jose is a man true to his word. If he promises that he will be at your house at 7:30, he is outside your home ringing the doorbell. It’s hard at times to find a professional team of this caliber. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jose and his team to anyone looking for an honest, skilled, responsive and caring professional contractor. In addition I found his price to be relative in comparison to other contractors that I contacted. As such, I definitely plan to have De La Rosa Construction, LLC do more projects in my home within the next few months. Several individuals visited my home and were amazed at how beautiful my kitchen looks. I hate to brag, but it should be placed in “Home Beautiful “magazine. I am truly a satisfied customer.

We definitely 100% recommend De La Rosa Construction, LLC. My husband and I recently remodeled our kitchen and, without a doubt, we couldn’t have had a better construction company than De La Rosa Construction, LLC. Throughout the process, Mr. Colon gave our project high priority. Mr. Colon was always available to answer questions and to accommodate our demands and to offer great advice. Mr. Colon and his team displayed a high level of professionalism, knowledge of products and industry. Their workmanship was of outstanding quality. There were not surprises and the deadline of the project was met as initially anticipated by Mr. Colon. We are very grateful for their amazing work and for taking so much pride in our project to ensure that it came out great! We are already planning our next project and we are happy to know that we don’t have to worry about finding a construction company because the business relationship with De La Rosa Construction is a lasting one!

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I did my roof and some interior sheet rock/paint job with them. They did the job very efficiently and I am happy with the quality of the work.

Very satisfied with the work. My basement looks great!! They also did a great job with the cleanup. Work crew was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with them working in my home while we were at work. Mr Colon was a great help to me in the selection cabinets, doors, flooring etc.. I highly recoomend De La Rosa Construction

I would recommend De La Rosa to anyone. Jose was very professional, timely and fair with his price. The room come out beautiful. The clean up was fantastic. I will be using him again for my bathroom.

Jose and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and cleaned up at the end of the day each time they were at the house. The workmanship is wonderful and we are so pleased with the way the bathroom turned out. Jose had some great ideas and we implemented them. He was also instrumental in the choice of flooring and tiling, which was a great help.
