City: Duncanville Project: Swimming Pool - Clean and Maintain I did not like the fact that my pool was not serviced because the gate was locked at the time I was at home.  The servicer could have knocked on the door and I would have let him in.… Read Complete Rating I did not like the fact that my pool was not serviced because the gate was locked at the time I was at home.  The servicer could have knocked on the door and I would have let him in.  when I am not at home on service day, I plan to leave the gate open.  Additionally, not cleaning the pool all week because it rained a little the morning of service is unacceptable.  I pay for weekly service and for that service to not be provided is unprofessional and I'm sure is not in keeping with quality image your company wants to project. I would give him a great recommendation!  He even explained to me how to use a pool cover and reset our timer and is ordering me some gloves so that emptying the skimmers will not be so unpleasant.  He is prompt and pleasant and I do hope he will be helping us for a long time. <br />  See All Ratings
