Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
We had our old York AC unit ripped out and replaced with a Amana 2 stage system. The installation was done in about 4 1/2 hours. Coy was there to answer all of our questions and clearly explained what we could do to help maintain the system and offered his mobile phone for any additional questions. I did my research and out of the other estimates Dayton Mechanical had the fairest pricing and best customer service. Highly recommend!

Dayton did a terrific job for us. Coy was extremely patient when I spent weeks researching systems and questioned him daily before deciding. The installation was difficult because our 26 year old systems were in narrow spaces, but he didn't charge us more or even complain! Dayton did everything they said that they would, when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. I did my research and know that they gave us a great price, great service and a great job.

They came out when they said the would, got the new A/C put in, and even made sure air was coming out of all our vents. When there was no air coming out of some, they checked the attic and showed us where our ducts needed replacing, and then told us how we could get that done ourselves to save some cash.

The Dayton Mechanical is a good company, which you can trust. I like to indicate that their service and quality reaches one of the tops. The A/C installation is fast and clean. So far, my air condition works very well. I appreciate the Dayton for giving me the competitive price. Their performance makes the value for money.

DAYTON AC IS GREAT, EXCELLENT SERVICE, WE PAID AT LEAST 35% LESS THEN THE THREE OTHER QUOTES WE RECEIVED, DON'T BUY INTO THE HOOPLA OF THINGS YOU DON'T NEED, DAYTON AC IS STRAIGHT UP !

HAVE LEFT MESSAGE ON COY'S CELL TO RETURN MY CALL FOR VENTS NOT INSTALLED AND E-MAILED FOR HIM TO RETURN MY CALL AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. i WOULD APPRECIATE HIM FOLLOWING UP ON MY REQUESTS. HE GOT MY SALE BY PUTTING DOWN ANOTHER COMPANY BID I HAD BUT HIS SUPPORT HAS BEEN NIL.

We did not contract to replace any vents. We were hired to only replace a system. This customer got over 10 bids and apparently got us confused with someone else. Our contracts are detailed in writing.
