Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures

The job was simple. I could have done it myself. It took less than a half hour, but they charged for two hours of work plus travel time (25 minutes here and 25 minutes back).

Its unfortunate that this comment was made. This was known up front and agreed upon over the phone. This is why it is discussed over the phone before the trip is made, so you have the option to use a different contractor. You live 25 miles away from the closest major city; you should expect slightly higher costs because of this. Talk with any Large Electrical contractor and they all have a minimum charge. Im sorry you are dissatisfied but it is what you agreed to before we dispatched the technician.
