They were friendly to a point but very targeted on their work which is very good. Unfortunately several things were "overlooked" or not done well. My wife was not very satisfied but, for the money, they were what I expected.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
They said they would charge $24/hr and estimated that it would take 12 hours, when they arrived the price changed along with the time frame it would take to clean. I provided the company with all of the dimensions, # of rooms, etc, they misquoted. Ended up having them clean the bathrooms, kitchens, none of which were cleaned to my satisfaction. It took them 5 hours to clean the appliances in two kitchens, and partially cleaning one bathroom. They left trash bags in the hallway of the house and in the back yard on the sprinkler head. Bottom line, find someone else to clean your home.

Overall a fabulous job! Really top notch. I truly appreciate how Dawn went room by room with me discussing priorities and what 'Had to be done" with the time I was paying for. Even when the time went over they stayed until the job was done not looking for additional payment.. The only complaint I have is that they wanted to do my house first thing. I left work mid morning and they showed up 45 minutes late. But them being late was made up by their hustle and work ethic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I REALLY NEEDED HELP AND NO ONE SHOWED UP!....not only did they not show up, they did not call me nor did they return my calls. It was a very special occasion and by the time I realized no one was coming I had 2.5 hours to clean the house myself. It was a disaster!!! I have never been so embarrassed or angry in my life! DO NOT USE THIS SO-CALLED BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Excellent housekeeping service performed by very thorough,caring and fully equipped personnel. Communicationwith Dawn in regards to scheduling specific service times has also been excellent. Would highly recommend this housekeeping service to others.

My kitchen floor was very dull and needed a good scrubbing. The housekeepers scrubbed the floors on their hands and knees and it looks great now. It's even shining again. They also cleaned my two bathrooms very well and were able to remove some splattered paint off the tub and floors that my husband splattered while painting. I would definitely use them again.
