Davis Home Inspection Services was established in 2007. We offer complete home inspections as well as pool/spa inspections. Larry, the inspector, is licensed by the state of Florida and certified by the Inspector Training Associates (ITA) through the Kaplan Professional Schools. He has passed the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE)which is a proctored exam that is approved by all the major inspection organizations in the country and is recognized by most if not all states for licensing. The NHIE is required for membership to these organizations and for state licensing. You are assured a knowledgeable and unbiased report.

Mr. Davis did an extraordinary job on my home inspection. It was a rainy, miserable morning and when I arrived to the property, on time, Mr. Davis was already inspecting the attic. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The report he left with me was in a binder and very thorough. At the Realtor's office, the closing manager said it was the most thorough inspection she had ever seen. I would highly recommend Davis Home Inspection Service.
