We told this customer that we could fix the A/C, but with a 20+ year old unit it was in her best interest to replace it if she had the means to do so. With units of this age, it tends to "nickel & dime" you. If she wanted the repair, we would have done so. Our best interest is with the customer always.

Was contacted by Davis Heating & Air within five minutes of requesting service through Service Magic. They sent a repair tech out that day who was able to address the problem with my central air unit. The stafff was very freindly and professional.

They were very prompt, and came when they said they would. The AC was disconnected, moved, and reconnected smoothly.

The Tech was very knowledgable, courteous and took the time to explain what he did. I will definately call them again to do other heating and air conditioning projects.

Now that the weather is cold the furnace does not work. I have had to call them two days in a row to get them to get it running
