This service company is one of the best! They came to my house and fixed my washer as I requested. I stated the problem over the phone and asked if they would have the LG parts on the truck to fix the issue. I was amazed they did not have to order the parts causing a back up of laundry during the Christmas season. Thank you for being the professional provider and service company that you are!

The were not able to fix the oven because the parts are no longer available. Bill was professional, punctual, friendly. Unfortunately the oven is outdated but I would definitely use the company again.

The repair was made in a timely manner and the Repairman was friendly and informative. I rated the Customer Service low because I was not made aware in advance there was going to be a trip fee included with the repair fee. The repair required no new parts and only took about 15 minutes for him to fix. I don't mind paying for the work but the trip charge was excessive. This made the value for the money very low. Get a price before using them.

The repair person came during the time he was supposed to be there. With repairs, you never know if they will be early or late. The service man was very nice and polite. He took the time to show us why we had a slow drain- we had a sock wedged in there. Rather than try to sell us an unnecessary part or fix it and leave, he offered tips on how to maintain our washer. I will not hesitate to call on them again should I ever have a problem. His honest behavior earned my trust.

Showed up during scheduled service window - advised me of the cost of the repair and I opted to let the washing machine die rather than repair it. I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke and the only negative I have is that he smelled like cigarette smoke...he was NOT smoking when he came in, though.
