23 plus years performing residential and commercial surveying. Specializing in Residential Boundary and Topographic surveying. *PLEASE NOTE: a boundary survey for a residential lot in a subdivision will cost a minimum of $425.00. Lake property, heavily wooded lots, unusually large lots, or lots in very old (100 year-old +) subdivisions will typically be closer to $500.00 ALL prices for boundary surveys include stakes at property corners, extra stakes along side and or rear lines, and a certified drawing of the survey. I do not survey one corner or one line only. All property corners and therefore lines have a relationship to all adjoining corners and lines. Beware of a surveyor who will agree to survey one line at a "reduced price". Make sure you get a drawing, whomever you chose to perform the work

David worked with my schedule. He surveyed the property in a professional manner and took measurements from points way up and down the street. He will provide a complete drawing of the lot and house location. I am confident that the lot lines have been accurately located.

Mr. David came and did the survery but not kept his word about sending me official plot plan which is surveyed , with measurements and his seal. He did survey on July 10th 2010 today is July 28th. According to Mr White 5 bussines days may not be bussiness days on planet Earth.

Unfortunately, this one was my fault. I was compelled to take on an out-of-town project that lasted way longer than expected, and did not complete Mr. K's drawing in the time promised. He has his document now, and I guarantee he is satisfied. He got a lot of work for a very low price.

Came out on time. Spent the majority of the day surveying. Told me that he was not able to complete the survey at the time due to some discrepancies and that he would go to the court house the following day and get more information and then call me to come out and complete the survey. I have NOT seen or heard from him since then and have attempted to call him only to get voicemail. We waited specifically for this company even though we wanted this project completed over 3 weeks ago because they were the best price and had a great reputation and now here we are one month after beginning our search for land surveyors and we are nowhere

Client called only once. The call was returned by me and I was informed by client's boyfriend that she did not need the job completed. Client would not answer my calls, nothing was billed to client.

This one took a 14-hour day, including a knee-deep jaunt into the creek (in January!). I loved every minute of it, boundaries came together like a jigsaw puzzle.
