They were very unprofessional. It was just one older guy doing all of the work by himself and it was clear he didn't completely know what he was doing. He would show up 2 hours late and bring his stuff in, then he would disappear for a couple more hours before actually starting his work. And then he would only work for a few hours. It took him a week to frame, drywall, tape, mud and sand one 12 foot long wall. And the quality of the wall is about equal to what you could do yourself at home with only instructions from the internet.

Briefly, I obtained bids from several contractors for a carport to garage conversion project back in May-June 2011. To say the least this project was complicated due the structure being 40 years old, a less than level foundation, and strict building codes imposed by the local city. David Lynch from Green Sun Construction provided a competitive bid entailing all aspects of the project, including detailed materials pricing and accurate start/completion dates. I chose Green Sun Construction in part due of the competitive bid, but also because David Lynch and his partner Maryka, presented as honest and hardworking individuals capable of managing a difficult remodeling job. I can say without equivocation, my new garage turned out better than I would have ever expected. The work done by Green Sun Construction was exceptional in every detail, from the foundation to exterior siding, each application was completed with great care and expertise. This conversion likely added far more to the value of my property than the cost of the entire project. To say the least , I am highly satisfied with the outcome and workmanship provided by Green Sun Construction.

Very personable. While he did complete the job it is not exactly what we had hoped for. Not up on local codes so a lot of steps forward then steps back, which he will probably justify as the city's fault. Took twice as long to complete as estimated, and cost slightly more. Some of the work a little sloppy for our liking, the fascia board on the back looks like a ruffle, the roof we discovered when we roofed it was 4" out of sq from one side to the other. The gutters very poorly done, could point out lots more, but we did get the garage & we will use it and make it work. Just not thrilled like we had hoped.

This began as a simple bathroom remodel: new tile for shower, new tile floor, sink, vanity, lights, paint. When we removed the old shower we found the entire wall rotten. We replaced the entire wall (framing, siding, window) and finished on time.

very friendly and and a pleasure to talk/work with. took unexpected extra steps in the construction to ensure a good job. kept me fully informed as to the progress of the job. completed the job within the initial estimate.

This was a great project to add a workshop outside the garage and match the original house design. We always take extra precautions to include structural enhancements to guarantee a sturdy, safe building, such as tying into existing framing with lag bolts, using hurricane ties on the rafters, and as always taking the extra time and care to pay attention to details required in quality craftsmanship.

The contractor did good work my only issues was with the management, who was a bit un-truthful. I have no problem with the actual contractor or the contractors work. The management aspect though needs a little customer service improvement.

Very good and accommodating. Finished in reasonable time. Had few subcontract problems but was resolved quickly.

This was a wonderful project: to remodel a Japanese style home. The quality of my work is no better than that of my sub-contractors and I must be constantly alert to thier performance and be quick to respond to any problems as I take full responsibility for all work done on the project.

Did not bring all the tools he needed. Did not measure correctly, thus creating more work for himself, then charged ME more. He chipped the enamel on my stove top, chipped off a piece of my tile and scratched both sides of the appliance he was installing (big ugly scratches). Basically, I regret hiring him!

Every once in a while you get a job where everything goes wrong--this was one. It took four hours to do a one hour used microwave install. Parts didn't fit, I didn't have all my tools and it just went down hill from there. I am very sorry this happened. I generally do very high quality work and apologize for this lapse in my standards.

Very professional and fast. Great personality. Did a wonderful job on our trim.

Very easy to work with and does a great job. He has done a lot of projects at my home since his first job with me. Very professional and precise in contract signing and completion of job. Would recommend without reservation.
